"We had the 2 bedroom suite which was larger than expected with both rooms having a TV and sofa, WiFi was good but the TV required an internet connection which was not up to speed to work ok, the staff were great and the pool was perfect for our granddaughter."

I appreciated the kindness of staff naue and natty. They were helpful during check-in and check-out. the location worked well, offering easy access to nearby attractions. i also liked the beautiful swimming pool located in the hotel center.

stylish bar helpful staff

the pool bar was stylish and had good seating. staff were excellent and very helpful. i saw the pool area, and it looked quite lovely. they were very kind to all guests.

the hotel could be quite noisy because of the nearby bars.

professional staff multiple bars nearby restaurants

I found the staff very professional, always cute and helpful. a great feature was the multiple bars nearby. this allowed me to easily get refreshments during my walks back each day. i also appreciated the many restaurants located close to the hotel..

the key card looked worn, as if it had been taped together, which initially raised a slight concern.

The staff was always friendly and accommodating. They addressed requests promptly and maintained a positive attitude. cleaning service occurred daily, a detail i valued as it kept the room fresh and orderly. reception provided efficient service during check-in and check-out.

clean pool friendly staff hot water late cleaners

The pool was clean and well maintained. The staff was ALWAYS friendly. Our room was a good size and clean. It also had a balcony overlooking the pool.

I never had hot water in my room. I don't think sink or shower had it. Cleaners often did not come until after 3pm.

the pool was nice , with a good bar nearby.

the noise at night was unbearable. music blared from nearby bars until early morning. the room smelled musty , and i found no hot water during my entire stay.
